We are seeking a dynamic diligent & innovative production merchandiser to join our growing team in this newly created role. Complimenting a luxury fashion design team in Milan on, transforming design creations into reality in constant communication with the CCD and manufacturers, this is an exciting opportunity for the right person. Tasks include coordinating the development, tracing delivery of all element’s materials, porotypes, and samples. Working on TECH_PACK forms and liaising with the fashion design team in Milan and retail marketing team in Shanghai for product demand. About You

This position is suitable for a recent fashion design graduate with up to 2-3 years’ experience. You will be a quick learner, listen to feedback, have a positive attitude, and love the luxury fashion space.

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion or product design or related field.
• Experience as a product developer or merchandiser or in related field for a min of 2 years.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel Power point.
• A strong eye for visual composition and quality.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of quality management
• Understanding of basic pattern development
• Knowledge of Macintosh and PC Platforms
• Typing Skills with high accuracy
• Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team to meet deadlines
